Cheesy Walleye Fillets


6 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 T. butter
3 T. milk
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. lemon pepper
salt and pepper to taste


1. Heat oven to 350 F.
2. Combine all ingredients except fish and lemon pepper in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat on stove top; cook until cheese is melted and ingredients are well blended.
3. Place fillets in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with lemon pepper.
4. Pour cheese sauce over fillets and bake for 20-25 minutes or until walleye flakes easily.

*Optional--Add a dash of hot sauce to spice it up!
