Haen French Dip

Ingredients

3-4 lb. HAEN BONELESS CHUCK ROAST
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
1 T. rosemary
1 cup soy sauce
6 cups water

Methods/steps

1. Place roast in slow cooker.
2. Add garlic, onion, and rosemary.
3. Pour in soy sauce and water.
4. Cook on low 10-12 hours.
5. Serve on warm toasted buns; use juices for dipping (au jus).

Serves: 6-8
