Bonnie Miller’s Chicken Fajita Brat Casserole

Ingredients
4 HAEN chicken fajita brats, casing removed
1 ½ cups (dry) desired pasta
1 jar of your favorite marinara/ spaghetti sauce (Try Carmella’s Tomato Cream!)
Optional Add-Ins: mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, artichokes, green beans


Methods/steps
1. Brown chicken fajita meat in a pan over medium heat.
2. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
3. Add fajita meat to pasta, add sauce and desired optional ingredients and heat through.
4. Top with shredded mozzarella if desired & enjoy!
