4 HAEN BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS
3 T. lemon juice
1/4 cup flour
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/4 cup butter
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 cup boiling water
1. Beat egg with 1 T. lemon juice.
2. Combine flour, garlic, and paprika.
3. Dip chicken in egg mixture and then in flour mixture.
4. In heated skillet, brown chicken in butter.
5. Dissolve bouillon in water, add remaining lemon juice and add to skillet.
6. Cover, simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
