Balsamic Glazed Tenderloin

1 T. olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1 T. brown sugar
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup dry red wine
salt and pepper to taste

1. In a saucepan, mix vinegar, wine, brown sugar, and garlic; bring to a low simmer.
2. Salt and pepper steaks to taste.
3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; add steaks and brown, about 2 minutes per side.
4. Pour glaze over steaks, cover, reduce heat, and cook for 4-6 minutes per side, basting occasionally.
5. Spoon glaze over steaks when serving.
