4 HAEN BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS
¼ cup flour
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. dried oregano
4 T. butter
4 T. olive oil
1 cup sliced mushrooms
½ cup Marsala wine
¼ cup cooking sherry
1. In a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt, pepper, and oregano.
2. Coat chicken in flour mixture.
3. In a large skillet, melt butter in oil over medium heat.
4. Place chicken in pan and lightly brown; turn chicken and add mushrooms.
5. Pour in wine and sherry; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
