Tenderloin Roast Instruction
Beef Tenderloin Roast
- Rub tenderloin with vegetable oil
- Season well with Haen 1959 Seasoning
- Tuck small tail under roast
- Place on a greased cookie sheet (with a 1" edge)
- Preheat oven to 425°
- Bake for 20 minutes at 425°
- Turn off oven
- Leave in oven for 20 minutes (do NOT open oven door)
- Remove from oven and slice to desired thickness
*Note: top with sauteed mushrooms and/or onions upon serving if desired
Beef should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145°. Roast will continue to cook after removed from oven, usually another 5°. Cooking times and appliances vary.
