German Style Summer Sausage

Our award-winning German Summer Sausage! It has a great development of flavor with notes of mustard. This is a great choice to put on your next cheese and sausage tray or to have it as a snack when fishing or hunting!  Ingredients: Beef, pork, water, salt, spices including mustard seed, dextrose, sugar, smoked sugar (water, hardwood smoked sugar), granulated garlic, monosodium glutamate, sodium erythorbate, lactic acid starter culture, sodium nitrite.
